How to Add a Page Title to the Knowledge Base in Zendesk

It is very easy to add a page title to your Zendesk Knowledge Base. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

  1. Click the 'Zendesk Products' icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Select 'Guide' from the list of options.
  3. Go to the top navigation bar afterwards, then click 'Guide Admin' to access the page settings.
  4. Following that, tap the 'Settings' icon on the left-side panel.
  5. Select 'Language Settings'.
  6. Replace the default Help Center Name with the page title you prefer to use. Simply enter it into the provided input field.
  7. Once done, click 'Save' at the top-right corner to finally apply the changes.
