It is very easy to add a page title to your Zendesk Knowledge Base. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Click the 'Zendesk Products' icon on the top menu bar.
- Select 'Guide' from the list of options.
- Go to the top navigation bar afterwards, then click 'Guide Admin' to access the page settings.
- Following that, tap the 'Settings' icon on the left-side panel.
- Select 'Language Settings'.
- Replace the default Help Center Name with the page title you prefer to use. Simply enter it into the provided input field.
