Use this interactive demo to learn how to add a hyperlink in Dialogflow.

It is very easy to add a hyperlink in Dialogflow. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

  1. Inside the Agent editor, find and open the intent you want to edit.
  2. After that, scroll down to the Responses section and click 'Add Responses'.
  3. Pick 'Text Response' to proceed.
  4. Following that, type the anchor text and its corresponding link. Use the markdown format if your chatbot supports it. Otherwise, write in plain text.
  5. Once done, review your input and click 'Save'.
  6. After completing these steps, the hyperlink will be added to your Dialogflow intent. It will be displayed as one when the response is sent to the user.
