How To Add A Email Opt Out In Pipedrive
Pipedrive does not have an inbuilt email management system but if you have a URL that allows you to manage it, here is how you can conveniently add it within your emails in Pipedrive:
- Click on the profile icon on the top right to view options.
- Select Personal preferences.
- Go to Email sync from the left sidebar menu.
- Either add or edit an existing signature.
- Click on the three dotted icon for more options and select Link.
- Now, use this feature to create a hyperlinked text that will lead your users to a URL that allows them to opt out of your emailing list.
- Click on Save.
- Your link should now appear as part of your signature that can easily be added to your emails.
Please note that this is a manual method of adding an opt out using a link. To automate this process and better manage it, consider using add-ons or third party tools such as Campaigns.
