How to Access the Zendesk Knowledge Base

It is very easy to access the Zendesk Knowledge Base and read various types of guides. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:

1. Head over to the top navigation bar, then click 'Zendesk Products'.
2. Select 'Guide' from the list of available options.
3. Click the section that contains the guides you want to read.
4. Following that, browse the list of articles and select one.
5. After completing these steps, the chosen article will be displayed instantly for viewing.
