Steps

3. Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section within your settings.
4. Enable 'Hotkeys' to activate keyboard shortcuts for faster workspace navigation.
5. Click 'Save changes' to apply your new hotkey preferences.
6. Return to your workspace and press the 'r' key on your keyboard to instantly create a reminder — the modal appears automatically without using your mouse.
7. Press the 'p' key to open Notepad and use Quickswitch to jump between tasks and views without navigating through multiple menus.
