Steps
- In the upper-right corner of your ClickUp workspace, click your account avatar to open account options — note that hotkeys are disabled by default.
- Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section within your settings.
- Enable 'Hotkeys' to activate keyboard shortcuts for faster workspace navigation.
- Click 'Save changes' to apply your new hotkey preferences.
- Return to your workspace and press the 'r' key on your keyboard to instantly create a reminder — the modal appears automatically without using your mouse.
- Press the 'p' key to open Notepad and use Quickswitch to jump between tasks and views without navigating through multiple menus.
