Use this interactive demo to learn how to automatically log calls in Pipedrive's mobile app.

Quick summary

Pipedrive's mobile app lets you automatically log both outgoing and incoming calls by enabling call logging in the app's Preferences. Once toggled on, every call is recorded directly in your Pipedrive activity timeline without any manual entry.


Steps

  1. Open your Pipedrive phone app and tap the dotted icon in the bottom right corner to access the options menu.
  2. Scroll down within the options menu to locate the Preferences section.
  3. Inside Preferences, find and open the Calling section.
  4. Scroll down to the Outgoing and Incoming sections and toggle the Logging options to yes to enable automatic call logging.
