Steps
- Open your Pipedrive phone app and tap the dotted icon in the bottom right corner to access the options menu.
- Scroll down within the options menu to locate the Preferences section.
- Inside Preferences, find and open the Calling section.
- Scroll down to the Outgoing and Incoming sections and toggle the Logging options to yes to enable automatic call logging.
