Quick summary
Pipedrive integrates Google Maps natively on every account tier, allowing users to add and view address locations directly from contact and organization records. Once an address is saved, it becomes a clickable link that opens a Google Maps window showing the exact location.
Steps
- Go to an entity type that contains the address field from the Contacts section in the left sidebar menu.
- Select Organizations.
- Open any organization you wish to view by clicking on its name.
- If the record does not already have an address, click to edit the field and Add address.
- As you search, notice that Google Maps is already integrated into every Pipedrive tier and account by default.
- Click on a recommended address to select it.
- When done, click Save.
- Visit the address field again to see the address as a clickable item.
- Click to view the address on the map.
- A Google Maps window will open, showing you the location of the saved address.
