Downloading Backlog from Jira to Excel

Select the project and click on the "Backlog" option in the left-hand sidebar.
Click the three dots on the top-right.
Select "Configure board."
Navigate to the "General" tab and click "Edit filter query" under "Board filter."
Go to "Export issues" and select "Export Excel CSV (all fields).
