This demo walks you through building a Zapier automation that connects Squarespace form submissions to MailerLite, automatically adding or updating email subscribers whenever someone fills out your site form. Once published, the Zap runs in the background so every new Squarespace contact lands in your MailerLite list without any manual effort.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier and click Create then Zaps to begin building a new automation.
- Click Trigger to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for and select Squarespace as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as New Form Submission to define what starts the Zap.
- Connect your Squarespace account and select the specific form or product you want to monitor.
- Click Action and search for MailerLite to set it as your action app.
- Select an action event such as Create or Update Subscriber to add Squarespace contacts to your email list.
- Connect your MailerLite account when prompted to authorize the integration.
- Map Squarespace data — including email, name, and custom fields — to the corresponding MailerLite subscriber fields and groups.
- Run a test to verify that Squarespace data is properly syncing with your MailerLite account.
- Click Publish to activate your Zap and go live.
