What to expect
Alan Sincich, Product Marketing Lead at Hospitable, built their entire Storylane demo library from scratch, then built Hospi, a branded RepX agent that now sits on the site and pricing page. When a contract decision came up with the incumbent agent already in the building, Alan proposed a bake-off instead: three months, both agents live, same traffic, real deals as the scoreboard.
He'll walk through:
- Why rep time was going to the smallest deals, and what "good enough to own SMB end-to-end" actually had to mean
- How Hospi was trained: rep call transcripts, product docs, Storylane demos, and adversarial Q&A simulations
- What made him comfortable letting an agent run a deal without a human in the loop
- The head-to-head numbers so far, split 50/50 with attribution in HubSpot
- A live walkthrough of the activation hub, where every step is wired to an interactive demo
- What surprised him, where the rollout was rough, and what he'd redo
This is a live test, not a finished case study, so the numbers are still moving. Open Q&A at the end.
