Pass Notion database info to Google Forms using Zapier

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin.
  2. Click "Trigger" and search for Notion to select it.
  3. Choose a trigger event, such as New Database Item or Updated Database Item, depending on when you want the info sent to Google Forms.
  4. Authorize Zapier to access your Notion account.
  5. Select the Notion database you want to pass information from.
  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new or updated items in the Notion database.
  7. Add Google Forms as the action app.
  8. Choose an action event.
  9. Authorize Zapier to access your Google account.
  10. Run a test to confirm data from Notion is correctly passed to Google Forms.
  11. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the data transfer.
