It is very easy to integrate Airtable with Zendesk. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- On Airtable's main dashboard, click your 'Profile' icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.
- After that, click 'Connect New Account'.
- Find and select 'Zendesk' from the available integration options.
- Following that, enter your Zendesk subdomain into the provided input field and click 'Continue'. Log in to your active account afterwards to proceed.
- Click 'Allow' to grant the necessary access and establish the connection between the two programs.
- Finally, your Airtable account will be integrated with Zendesk.
