Here's how to do it:
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start automation.
- Click "Trigger."
- Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event, such as "Invitee Created" or "Event Scheduled" then connect your Calendly account to Zapier.
- Select Webhook subscription scope.
- Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new event registrations from Calendly.
- Add Mailchimp as the Action App.
- Select an action event, such as "Add/Update Subscriber" then connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier.
- Map Calendly invitee fields (e.g., name, email) to the appropriate Mailchimp list fields.
- Run a test to confirm event registrants are added to your Mailchimp audience, then click "Publish" to turn on your Zap.
