Integrate HubSpot and Calendly for Appointment Scheduling

Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start a new automation.
2. Click "Trigger" to begin setting up the trigger step.
3. Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.
4. Choose a trigger event such as "Invitee Created" or "Event Scheduled," then connect your Calendly account to Zapier.
5. Select the Webhook subscription scope for the trigger.
6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new event registrations from Calendly.
7. Choose HubSpot as the action app.
8. Select "Create or Update Contact" as the action event.
9. Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.
10. Map Calendly fields — such as invitee name, email, and event time — to the corresponding HubSpot contact fields.
11. Run a test to verify the data sync between Calendly and HubSpot.
12. Click "Publish" to activate the automation and go live.
