Integrate Google Forms with Trello to Create New Cards

Here's how to do it:

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to start.
2. Click "Trigger" and choose Google Forms as the trigger app.
3. Select a trigger event, such as New Form Response.
4. Connect your Google Forms account and select the form to monitor.
5. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects form submissions.
6. Choose Trello as the action app.
7. Select an action event, such as Create Card.
8. Connect your Trello account.
9. Choose the board and list where new cards should be added.
10. Run a test to confirm Trello card creation.
11. Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
