1. Open Cisco Jabber and sign in with your work account.
2. After signing in, Jabber shows your contacts, chats, recent calls, meetings, and voicemail on the left-side pane.
3. Use the search or call bar to find a person by typing their name.
4. Click the Message icon to send a message to a contact.
5. Click the Call icon to call a contact.
6. Click Call Settings on the lower left-side pane to choose where you want to receive calls. You can set calls to ring through your computer or your desk phone.
7. To adjust your preferences, click Settings in the upper-right section of the app.
8. Click Sign Out to log off Cisco Jabber.
