How to Use Airtable as a CRM

Use this interactive demo to learn how to set up a CRM using Airtable templates.

Quick summary

Airtable can be configured as a fully functional CRM by selecting a pre-built CRM template from the template library and populating it with your real contact and deal records. Once set up, the Airtable CRM can be shared with your entire team directly from the platform.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click Templates and Apps.
  2. Click on the search bar and type CRM to filter available templates.
  3. Browse the template library and choose the CRM template you prefer to use.
  4. Tap Try This Template to proceed with your selected template.
  5. Choose a specific Airtable workspace where you want to save the CRM, then click Create.
  6. Explore the CRM template and replace placeholder fields with real information from your actual records.
  7. After finalizing your records, tap Share in the top menu bar to give your team members access to the CRM.
