Quick summary
Google Slides offline editing lets you view and edit presentations without an internet connection, automatically syncing all changes when you reconnect. Enabling it takes just two clicks inside the File menu and works on any Chrome browser with Google Drive offline enabled.
Steps
- Open your presentation and click File in the top menu.
- Select Make available offline from the dropdown to enable offline access — you can now edit anywhere, even without Wi-Fi.
- Wait for the quick confirmation message indicating that offline mode is now active — your document is ready for disconnected use.
- You're all set — your edits will sync automatically the next time you're back online.
