Steps

  1. Search and select Monday.com as the trigger app in Zapier.
  2. Select an event for your trigger app to define what activity starts the automation.
  3. Connect your Monday.com account to authorize Zapier access.
  4. Select the specific Board or Workspace to monitor for changes.
  5. Click Test trigger to confirm Zapier can read data from your Monday.com board.
  6. Choose Microsoft Teams as the action app.
  7. Choose an action such as Send Channel Message to define what happens in Teams.
  8. Connect your Microsoft Teams account to authorize the action app.
  9. Configure the action details and click Continue to proceed.
