1. Open the WebEx app.
2. In the pre-meeting preview window, check your audio and video settings before joining the meeting.
3. Under the meeting controls, click the dropdown arrow next to Mute to test your audio.
4. In the audio settings, select and configure the microphone and speaker you want to use.
5. Click the dropdown arrow next to Start Video to test your camera.
6. In the video settings, choose your camera and set a virtual background if needed.
7. Once your audio and video are ready, click Join Meeting.
