It is very easy to sync Canny feedback to Slack through Zapier. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
- Navigate to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Canny' and choose it from the suggested results.
- Next, click the 'Trigger Event' menu to view and explore the available options.
- Pick 'New Comment' from the list of options.
- Tap 'Sign In' afterwards to continue.
- Subsequently, enter the API key associated with your Canny account and then click 'Yes, Continue to Canny'.
- Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger accordingly. In this case, specify the Board that contains the feedback you wish to sync.
- Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Select the specific record you wish to sync, then click 'Continue With Selected Record'.
- Following that, search for 'Slack' and then choose it as the Action app.
- Next, click the 'Action Event' menu to continue.
