How to Share the Screen on Zoom

Steps

1. On Zoom's main dashboard, click New Meeting to start the video conference.
2. Click Join Audio By Computer to connect your audio to the meeting.
3. Access the menu bar at the bottom of the dashboard and click Share Screen.
4. Choose the screen or window you want to share.
5. Click the Share button to begin broadcasting your screen to participants.
6. Once finished, click Stop Share to end the screen sharing session.
