It is very easy to share the screen on Zoom. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- On Zoom's main dashboard, click 'New Meeting' to start the video conference.
- Click 'Join Audio By Computer' afterwards.
- Following that, access the menu bar at the bottom section of the dashboard and click 'Share Screen'.
- Choose the screen you want to share.
- Once done, click 'Share' to proceed.
- After completing these steps, the content of the selected screen will be shared during the meeting. To stop sharing, simply click the 'Stop Share' button.
