How to Share a Password in LastPass
📌 Why this matters
Why this matters
Sharing passwords lets you give team members or family access to shared accounts without exposing the actual credentials. You maintain control since you can revoke access instantly if someone leaves or no longer needs it. Beyond the obvious convenience, this creates a security audit trail that shows exactly who has access to what accounts and when. When you change a password, you can update everyone's access simultaneously rather than manually distributing new credentials through insecure channels like text or email.
