Quick summary
The Asana out of office feature lets users set availability dates and notify teammates automatically when they are away. You can configure your out of office schedule directly from your profile settings in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Open Asana and click your profile icon in the top corner.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Click Edit Profile to open your profile settings.
- Enable the Set out of Office option.
- Schedule your start date and end date for your time away.
- Optionally, check the checkbox to enable push notifications while you are out of office.
- Review the preview that appears showing how your out of office status will look to teammates.
- Click the exit button to close — your changes will be automatically saved.
