How to Set Issue Estimates in Linear

Issue estimates in Linear help teams track effort and prioritize tasks effectively. Here’s how you can set and manage them:

1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Teams'.
4. Select your team.
5. Click 'General'.
6. Go to the 'Estimates' section.
7. Enable the estimates and choose your preferred estimation system
8. Once you have enabled You can now assign estimates to issues.
9. Open an issue in Linear.
10. Click on the 'Estimate' field and select a value based on the estimated effort required.
