How to Send a Teams Meeting Invite?

Here’s how you can invite people to your meetings -

  1. Click on the ‘Calendar’ option from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click on 'New meeting’ in the top right corner.
  3. Now, type a name for your meeting and select the participants you want to attend the meeting.
  4. Click on the ‘Send’ option.
  5. Navigate to ‘Calendar’, & select the meeting you want to share.
  6. A pop-up window will appear, you can copy the meeting link from there and send it to the people you’d like.
