Use this interactive demo to learn how to schedule and send a meeting invite in Microsoft Teams.

Quick summary

Sending a Teams meeting invite takes just a few clicks from the Calendar tab — create a new meeting, add your attendees, and hit Send to deliver the invite instantly. You can also copy the meeting link from your calendar and share it with anyone outside the invite flow.


Steps

  1. Click on Calendar in the Microsoft Teams navigation to open your calendar view.
  2. Click on New meeting to open the meeting creation form.
