Quick summary
Sending a Teams meeting invite takes just a few clicks from the Calendar tab — create a new meeting, add your attendees, and hit Send to deliver the invite instantly. You can also copy the meeting link from your calendar and share it with anyone outside the invite flow.
Steps
- Click on Calendar in the Microsoft Teams navigation to open your calendar view.
- Click on New meeting to open the meeting creation form.
- Enter the meeting details — including the title, date, time, and add the people you want to invite.
- Click Send to deliver the meeting invite to all attendees.
- Optionally, click on the meeting you just created in your Calendar and copy the meeting link to share it with anyone directly.
