YouTube Studio analytics lets creators track views, watch time, impressions, and audience data for every video from a single dashboard. Use the per-video analytics page in YouTube Studio to measure performance across reach, engagement, and audience tabs.
Steps
- Go to studio.youtube.com and click Content in the left sidebar.
- Find the video and click the Analytics icon (bar chart) to open its analytics page.
- On the Overview tab, review views, watch time, subscribers, and revenue.
- Open the Reach tab to see impressions, click-through rate, and traffic sources.
- Go to the Engagement tab to check view duration and retention, and note where viewers drop off.
- Click the Audience tab to see whether viewers are subscribed or not, and which other channels they watch.
- Use the date range selector to compare performance in the first 24 hours after publishing versus longer-term performance.
