Quick summary
The Airtable Search extension lets you quickly find specific records across your base by adding a dedicated search panel with customizable search modes. Once configured, you can enter any keyword and instantly surface matching entries without manually scrolling through your data.
Steps
- On the top menu bar, click Extensions.
- Tap Add an Extension to open the extension marketplace.
- Find Search from the available extension options and click the Add button next to it.
- Specify your preferred Search Mode and configure its corresponding search settings, then click Done to proceed.
- Enter your keyword into the search bar and click the Search button beside it.
- Explore the returned search results to find the specific records you are looking for.
