How to Remove Animation in Google Slides
Follow this interactive demo to learn how to remove animation in Google Slides.
📌 Why this matters
Removing animations lets you repurpose slides across different contexts without distracting motion effects. When you're adapting a dynamic presentation for a formal board meeting or converting slides into a PDF handout, those bouncing text boxes and swooshing graphics can look unprofessional or simply won't translate properly. Animations also slow down presentations when you need to move quickly through content during Q&A sessions or when running short on time. Clean, static slides give you maximum flexibility to reuse your content wherever needed.
