How to Push JivoChat Data to Notion Using Zapier

Updated on:
May 12, 2026
By:
Madhav Bhandari
Use this interactive demo to learn how to sync JivoChat conversations into a Notion database automatically.

Quick summary

This tutorial shows how to automate JivoChat data transfer to Notion using a Zapier workflow, eliminating manual data entry. By connecting JivoChat as the trigger and Notion as the action, every new chat event is instantly logged as a Notion record.

Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to select the triggering event for your Zap.
  3. Search and select JivoChat as your trigger app.
  4. Select a trigger event to define which JivoChat activity starts the Zap.
  5. Connect your JivoChat account to authorize Zapier access.
  6. Click Test trigger to verify that JivoChat data is being received correctly.
  7. Search and select Notion as your action app.
  8. Select an action event to define what happens in Notion when the trigger fires.
  9. Connect your Notion account to authorize Zapier access.
  10. Configure the action details and click Continue to map your JivoChat data fields to Notion.
  11. Select Test step to confirm the Notion action works as expected.
  12. Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.

📌 Why this matters

Automatically pushing JivoChat conversation data into Notion via Zapier eliminates manual copy-paste work and ensures your team's knowledge base stays current in real time. This integration is essential for support and sales teams that need a centralized, searchable log of every customer chat without leaving their Notion workspace. By using a no-code Zapier workflow, businesses can connect JivoChat and Notion in minutes, reducing human error and improving response tracking. The result is a fully automated data pipeline that saves time, boosts team productivity, and keeps customer conversation records organized and accessible.
