This tutorial shows how to push GetResponse data to Google Sheets using Zapier by building a no-code Zap that automatically sends contact or subscriber data from GetResponse into a Google Sheets spreadsheet whenever a trigger event fires.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to open the event selector.
- Search and select GetResponse as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event from the available GetResponse options.
- Connect your GetResponse account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select the list from your GetResponse account that you want to use.
- Click Test trigger to verify that GetResponse is returning sample data correctly.
- Search and select Google Sheets as the action app.
- Choose an action event to define what Zapier should do in Google Sheets.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details — map your GetResponse fields to the correct columns — then click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the data is being written to Google Sheets as expected.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap and start the live automation.
