Canva's grid feature lets you arrange and display images in structured, customizable layouts directly on your design canvas. You can add grids from the Elements panel, populate them with photos from your uploads, and adjust spacing, borders, and positioning without any design experience.
Steps
- Click the 'Create a design' button at the top right and select your design type.
- In the edit toolbar, click 'Elements' to open the elements panel.
- Use the search bar to enter 'Grid' or browse the available options below.
- Click 'See all' beside the Grids section to view all available grid layouts.
- Click on your preferred grid to add it to your design canvas automatically.
- Resize and reposition the grid by clicking and dragging its corners or edges.
- Open the 'Uploads' menu to access your image library.
- Drag and drop photos from your image library into the grid cells.
- Click the 'Spacing' option and use the slider to adjust spacing between grid cells.
- Customize the border colour, weight, rounding, and style using the toolbar options at the top.
- Click the 'Share' button at the top right to save, download, or share your finished design.
