1. Go to the WordPress dashboard, then click 'Posts' where you want to add the anchor.
2. Select the post that you want to edit.
3. Select the block you want to link to or highlight the paragraph. This could be a heading or any other block where the section begins.
4. On the right-hand sidebar, under 'Block Settings', look for the 'Advanced' section and click on it.
