Quick summary
Linking bases in Airtable lets you sync data across multiple workspaces without duplicating records manually. Using the Share and Sync feature, you can connect a source view to any destination base in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Navigate to the top menu bar, then click Share and Sync.
- Click Sync Data to Another Base to open the sync options.
- Toggle on the radio button next to Allow Data in this View to be Synced to Other Bases.
- Tap Sync This View to confirm the source view selection.
- Choose the specific Workspace and Base where you want to link the current base, then click Create Table to continue.
- After completing these steps, the two bases in Airtable will be linked instantly.
