How to Link Bases in Airtable

‍

It only takes a few steps to link Bases in Airtable. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Navigate to the top menu bar, then click 'Share and Sync'.
  2. Subsequently, click 'Sync Data to Another Base'.
  3. After that, toggle on the radio button next to 'Allow Data in this View to be Synced to Other Bases'.
  4. Tap 'Sync This View'.
  5. Following that, choose the specific Workspace and Base where you prefer to link the current Base. Once done, click 'Create Table' to continue.
  6. After completing these steps, the two bases in Airtable will be linked instantly.
