How to Link Appcues to HubSpot Using Zapier

Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect Appcues to HubSpot through a Zapier workflow.

Quick summary

This tutorial shows how to link Appcues to HubSpot using Zapier by creating a new Zap, configuring an Appcues trigger, and setting a HubSpot action to automate data flow between the two platforms. Once complete, any qualifying Appcues event will automatically trigger the corresponding action in your HubSpot account.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click Create to start building a new Zap.
  2. Select Zaps from the list of options in the menu.
  3. Tap the Trigger tab to begin the integration setup process.
  4. Search for Appcues and select it from the suggested results as your trigger app.
  5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event from the available dropdown options.
  6. Tap Sign In to authenticate your Appcues account.
  7. Enter your Appcues API credentials into the input fields, then click Yes, Continue to Appcues.
  8. Provide all required information to configure the Trigger settings.
  9. Click Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
  10. Click Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
  11. Search for HubSpot and select it as the Action app.
  12. Click the dropdown and choose the Action Event you want to use in HubSpot.
  13. Tap Sign In and log into your HubSpot account.
  14. Select the HubSpot account you want to link, then tap Choose Account.
  15. Fill out all required integration input fields one by one with the necessary details.
  16. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
  17. Your Appcues account is now linked to HubSpot and the Zap is live.
