This demo shows how to integrate Webflow with Mailchimp using Zapier by building a Zap that automatically adds contacts to a Mailchimp list whenever a new Webflow order is placed. No code is required — the entire workflow is configured through Zapier's visual editor in under 15 minutes.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Webflow as your trigger app.
- Select New Order as your trigger event.
- Connect your Webflow account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select the Webflow site you want to receive order notifications from and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify the Webflow connection and pull in sample data.
- Search and select Mailchimp as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what Mailchimp should do when triggered.
- Connect your Mailchimp account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details — such as audience list and field mapping — then click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the Mailchimp action works correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
