Quick summary
Integrating Trello with Salesforce is done by adding the Salesforce Power-Up directly from your Trello workspace, then authorizing your Salesforce account to complete the connection. Once linked, your team can surface Salesforce data inside Trello cards without switching between tools.
Steps
- Click the question mark icon in the top right corner of your Trello window to access help and Power-Up options.
- Click "Make boards more powerful with Trello Power-Ups" to open the Power-Ups directory.
- Search for and select "Salesforce" to add it as a Power-Up to your workspace.
- Click "Add Power-Up" to begin the installation process.
- Select the Trello board to which you want to add the Salesforce Power-Up.
- Click "Add" to confirm and activate the Power-Up on your chosen board.
- Click "Go to board" to open the board where the Power-Up was just activated.
- Within your board, click the Power-Up icon in the top right corner to manage your Power-Ups.
- Under "Salesforce", click "Settings" to configure the integration.
- Select "Authorize account" to begin linking your Salesforce credentials.
- Click "Link Your Salesforce Account" to proceed with the OAuth authorization flow.
- Click "Allow" on the Salesforce authorization page to complete the Trello–Salesforce integration.
