Steps
- In Jira, go to the top navigation bar and click Apps.
- Select Explore More Apps from the dropdown options.
- Search for Sentry in the Marketplace and select Sentry For Jira from the results.
- Click Get App in the top-right corner of the app listing.
- Click Get It Now to confirm and begin the installation.
- Open the More Options menu next to the installed app and choose Configure.
- Click Finish Installation in Sentry to continue setup on the Sentry side.
- On Sentry's integration page, click Add Jira Project and select the specific project you want to connect.
- Configure the project status settings to map Sentry issue states to Jira statuses.
- Complete the setup — your Sentry account is now integrated with Jira instantly.
