This tutorial shows how to integrate Microsoft Teams with Intercom using Make (formerly Integromat) by building an automated scenario that sends Teams messages based on Intercom trigger events. Steps
- In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for Intercom, and click on it.
- Select a trigger event for Intercom.
- Click 'Create a webhook' to integrate Intercom with Make using a webhook.
- Click 'Create a connection' to begin authorizing access.
- Select 'Authorize access' to grant Make permission to connect to your Intercom account.
- Select the event type and click 'OK' to confirm the Intercom trigger settings.
- In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for Microsoft Teams, and click on it.
- Choose an action event from Microsoft Teams and click on it.
- Set up the workflow to define how Intercom triggers should result in actions in Microsoft Teams, then click 'OK'.
- Click 'Run Once' to test the integration and confirm that the workflow sends the correct message to Microsoft Teams based on Intercom events.
