How to Integrate Jira with Outlook

It is very easy to integrate Jira with Outlook via Zapier. Here’s a simple guide on how to do it:

1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
3. Following that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
4. Search for 'Jira' and then select the tool you prefer to use.
5. Subsequently, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.
7. Select the Jira version you want to use, then click 'Yes, Continue to Jira Software Cloud'.
8. After that, specify your preferred Jira site and then click 'Accept' to continue.
9. Fill out the input fields with the required information regarding your Jira account.
10. Once done, tap 'Test' to proceed.
11. Click 'Continue With Selected Recorded' afterwards.
12. Search for 'Outlook' and then select it as the Action app.
13. Following that, click the drop-down menu and then select your preferred 'Action Event'.
14. Click 'Sign In' and then log into your Microsoft Outlook account.
