How to Integrate Jira with GitHub
It is very easy to integrate Jira with GitHub via GitConnector. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- Go to the top navigation bar and then click 'Apps'.
- Select 'Explore More Apps' from the list of options.
- After that, search for 'GitHub' and then select 'GitHub Integration For Jira'.
- Tap 'Try It Free' to proceed.
- Subsequently, click 'Start Free Trial'.
- Head over to the bottom-left corner afterwards and click the 'Configure' button inside the notification window.
- Following that, click 'GitHub.com OAuth' and log into your active GitHub account.
- Tap 'Authorize GitConnectorApp' to grant the necessary permission.
- Re-enter your GitHub password afterwards, then click Confirm.
- After completing these steps, your Jira account will be integrated instantly with GitHub.
