Integrating Mixpanel as a destination allows you to send Customer.io message metrics (like opens and clicks) to Mixpanel to analyze how your messaging affects user behavior.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Data & Integrations in the left sidebar.
- Select Integrations from the submenu.
- Click the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page.
- Scroll down or search for Intercom in the integration catalog.
- Search for Mixpanel in the directory and select the Mixpanel (Data Out) card.
- Click the Project Token field to enter your Mixpanel credentials.
- Copy the token that you can find in your Mixpanel Project Settings under the Overview tab.
- Paste or type your Project Token here.
- Click Save to finalize your Mixpanel integration.
