📌 Why this matters

Integrating Canva with Notion via Zapier lets teams automate the flow of design assets directly into their project management workspace, eliminating repetitive manual updates. This Canva–Notion automation is especially valuable for content teams, marketers, and designers who need their creative outputs and task tracking to stay in sync in real time. By using Zapier as the connector, no coding is required — anyone can set up the workflow in minutes using a simple trigger-and-action model. The result is a faster, more organized creative process where Canva designs automatically surface inside the Notion pages that matter most.
