Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to begin building your automation.
- Click Trigger to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for and select Google Docs as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event, sign in to your Google account, and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify the Google Docs connection is working.
- Select Continue with selected record to confirm the trigger data.
- Search for and select Canva as the action app.
- Choose an action event to define what Canva should do when the trigger fires.
- Sign in to your Canva account and click Continue.
- Complete and customize the required fields to configure the Canva action step.
- Click Test step to confirm the Canva action runs correctly.
- Click Publish to activate and complete the integration.
