Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to get started.
- Click "Trigger" to begin setting up the trigger step.
- Search for "Calendly" and select it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event from the available Calendly options.
- Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."
- Select a Webhook subscription scope and click "Continue."
- Click "Test trigger" to verify the Calendly connection.
- Select "Continue" to proceed to the action step.
- Search and select "Brevo" as the action app (formerly Sendinblue).
- Choose an action event for Brevo to perform when triggered.
- Sign in to your Brevo account to authorize the connection.
- Click "SMTP & API page" to be redirected to your Brevo credentials.
- Select "API Keys" from the Brevo settings page.
- Click "Click here" to generate a new API Key.
- Enter a name for your API Key and click "Generate."
- Copy the API Key by clicking the copy icon.
- Paste the API Key into Zapier and select "Yes, Continue to Brevo."
- After signing in to Brevo, click "Continue" to proceed.
- Complete and customize the required action fields.
- Click "Test step" to confirm the Brevo action works correctly.
- Click "Publish" to activate the Zap and complete the integration.
