How to Integrate Airtable with Cognito Forms

It is very easy to integrate Airtable with Cognito Forms. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:

1. On Zapier's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'Create'.
2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.
3. After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
4. Search for 'Airtable' and then select it from the suggested results.
5. Following that, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards, then log in to your Airtable account.
7. Subsequently, specify the type of access you want to grant. Select 'Add All Resources' or 'Add a Base'.
8. Once done, click 'Grant Access' to proceed further.
9. Check the setup, then tap 'Continue'.
10. Provide all the necessary information to set up the Trigger accordingly.
11. Once done, click 'Continue'.
12. Click 'Test Trigger' afterwards to run your input.
13. Subsequently, click 'Continue With Selected Record'.
14. Following that, search for 'Cognito Forms' and then select it as the Action app.
15. Tap the 'Action Event' menu, then choose one from the list of options.
16. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, then log in to your Cognito Forms account.
17. Specify the Organization and Integration you want to use.
18. Once done, click 'Authorize Organization’ to continue.
19. Check your input and tap 'Continue' afterwards.
20. Specify the form you want to use.
21. Subsequently, fill out the other required input fields accordingly.
22. Once done, click 'Continue'.
23. Review the configuration and then click 'Publish' to enable the integration.
24. Finally, your Airtable account will be integrated with Cognito Forms.
