Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to import contacts in SendGrid:

1. Go to Marketing in the left sidebar.
2. Select Contacts from the dropdown.
3. Click Add Contacts on the top right. Click on Upload CSV.
4. Drag and drop your CSV file containing contacts.
5. Choose if you want to add them to a new list or an existing one.
6. Finally, click on Next: Review CSV Upload.
7. Map unmapped fields as per your CSV. Click Skip Column for the ones you want to keep unmapped.
8. Lastly, click on Next: Add Contacts.
9. Your contacts are now imported!
