How to Highlight Text in Google Slides

Steps

  1. In the left slide panel, select the slide you want to edit.
  2. On the slide canvas, click the object or text you want to highlight.
  3. Highlight the text, or select the object you want to format.
  4. In the top toolbar, click the Highlight colour icon.
  5. Choose your preferred color from the color options.
  6. Your selected text or object is now highlighted.
