Quick summary
Grouping shapes in Google Slides lets you move, resize, and edit multiple objects together as one unit. Select your shapes with Shift-click, then use the right-click Group option to lock them into a single grouped element.
Steps
- Click the first shape you want to group.
- Hold Shift on your keyboard, then click the other shapes you want to include.
- Right-click one of the selected shapes to open the context menu.
- In the dropdown menu, click Group.
- Your shapes are now grouped and can be edited together.
