How to Find Email Delivery Statistics on SendGrid

Use this interactive demo to learn how to track and analyze email delivery statistics in SendGrid.

Quick summary

SendGrid's Email Activity feature lets you search, filter, and review email delivery statistics by date range or recipient address. You can drill into individual delivery events and export full logs as a CSV for deeper analysis.


Steps

  1. Select Activity from the left sidebar to open the Email Activity feed.
  2. Choose a specific date range and click Search to filter results by timeframe.
  3. Enter a recipient email address in the filter field to narrow results to emails sent to that address.
  4. Hit Search again to load the filtered results in the activity list.
  5. Select one of the delivery events from the results to open a detailed event view.
  6. Scroll down within the event detail view to see additional delivery information.
  7. Click Export CSV in the top right to download the full activity log for offline analysis.
